can scizor be good in this meta

hey guys i hav a quick question
last year i played competively and ran a scizor / shaymin deck its really fast and i was wondering if it could still work in this meta thx:)
 
Scizor is somewhat good. Most players decide to use Scizor Prime to tank, do high damage, and block Special Energy users. Unfortunately, Shaymin/Scizor doesn't work right now.
 
Another option is Scizor and Crobat. Ask thefleeee about it. I think he still plays it.
 
It can be very good as a quick tank, and it will get stronger with the gust of wind reprint. As for scizor shaymin, it is not top tier but I can see it making a comeback.
 
Not necessarily. Decks that snipe won't need it as much, because they'll be hitting at the bench anyway. It's your Lux X or Metagross LA or anything that lets you switch every turn. But I think we'll be seeing a lot more Vileplume.
 
Hmm, with Skarmory, Shaymin UL, Unown Q, Scyther and Scizor Prime, you have the possibilty of hitting for 90 (110 with belt) t2. That's pretty awesome:) I base my Scizor-build around rapid knouckouts with Scizor in this manner, while setting up an Umbreon on the bench to counter VileGar. I also tech in a 1-0-1 Machamp-line to counter SP, which can be great seeing as the deck struggles with the fact that scyther can be sniped by chomp while charging power on the bench...
 
Scizor Prime really depends on what's played in YOUR metagame, however the Grass Scizors not too great anymore.
 
my friend runs scizor prime with skarmory UD. just use metal coat to lead up scizor and switch in for multiple OHKO's
 
Scizor Prime with Crobat Prime is definatly a plausible option as it requires low energy for attacks and sets up fast. The only problem is if you start off bad it takes a while to recover. Just PM me if you want the decklist. Now I run Umbreon UD with Scizor, as Umbreon has stall potential and can be very annoying. There are no matchups that have a better cahnce of beating these decks. Only VileGar and VilePluff matchups are 50-50, based on how good your start is. AVG-Good will give you a win but sometimes lady luck isnt on your side
