The tournament started at 8:30 So I woke up at around 7:00 and went to Tim Hortons. I got there at around 9:00 and I immediately started fillin out my decklist. My friend Nathan and I started playtesting before the tournament and I went to go see after that if I could find any PokeBeach members. Soon the tournament pairings are up and we heard some announcements.
Round 1 VS Joshua W/Reshiboar + RDL
I get a really great start. I set up a Zekrom t1 thanks to a dual ball and a lucky hand. Sadly im 10 off a donk because he started with a Reshiram. I struggle once he knocks out two Zekroms while I have knocked out 4 of his pokemon. I set up another Zekrom again by attaching energys and Pachi + Shay. I knock out a Cleffa and he retreats to RDL. He knocks me with RDL but luckily I recover from that. I get another Zekrom and do 20 to him. He retreats and does 120 back to me with Reshiram. I draw and luckily topdeck the Pokemon Reversal and flip heads so I could take my last prize against RDL.

Round 2 VS Jack P W/Yanmega Donphan
He gets Donphan and a Yanmega t3 to my Pachi and Shaymin start. I only took one prize because I knocked out a Cleffa with Pachirisu. What else can I say? He beat me pretty quickly.

After I went to Harveys for lunch. I made it like 5 minutes early for next round pairings.
Round 3 VS ??? W/Donchamp
We start shuffling and while he was shuffling I noticed he dropped a Fightning Energy. I immediately thought I was screwed. I talk to my friend Cameron T about meeting some Pokebeach members and I end up finding ~Absol+Gallade~ right beside me. Anyways I start with a turn one Zekrom to his full bench (0_o). I knock out his Phanphy (He taunted me saying I couldnt knock it out Lol). He bring another Phanphy he attatches Levels up and plus powers. I couldnt recover from that so after a couple of turns so I scooped.

I knew I had to win the rest of my matches to make top cut. But even if I did I wouldnt make it in for sure.
Round 4 VS ??? W???
He started some grass type. I open with 2 Zekroms 2 Shaymins 2 Energys and a Pokemon Communication. I draw and get a Lightning. I attach Communication a Shaymin for a Pachirisu play it down use the power use shaymin use the power and donk 1st turn.

Round 5 VS ??? W/ Magneboar
Pretty straight forward. I had a crud hand and he attatched 7 energys to a Magnezone at one point. He misplayed at one point by blue flaring instead of using his other attack to knocking.

Round 6 VS Kayla W/ ZPS
Yay ZPS mirror. I start off with yanma
. She takes the early lead by knocking out my Yanma but I bench a Pachirisu really early on. I use its power and pass. She switches to Cleffa and eeks. I collector for a Zekrom Shaymin and Pachirisu. All I remember is using Pachirisu to attack for a prize at one point and then using Zekroms throughout the game. Also at the beginnning of the game there was this kid who kept bothering me while I was playing. He kept saying I would lose since im not really that known here in Canada and Kayla is.

Standings are up im 26th (FAIL) and I win a binder which I trade later for a Mew Prime.
