Ruling Dialga G/Pokeball "World" Promos

I recently bought a Dialga G online via Amazon, from a place named "Troll and Toad". When it arrived, it had the Pokeball cross-hatch design you see on Uxies, Snorlax, and the like. The problem is, Dialga had one of these, and I'm not sure if it's official or not. Everything else looks legitimate, but the Pokeball is what bothers me, can anyone help me out?

Edit: Nevermind, I found a list. Can a mod lock or delete please?
 
Dialga G was a league promo at one point so it should be good. You can PM one of us professors or post a scan of your card in your post to verify,~Mark
 
There is no need for the thread to be locked since only Professors can reply. We don't just delete threads.
