I was watching the Eevee & Friends short for the first time, and I noticed the island looked familiar.

It's definitely Carbink, right? Considering this was well before any major information about XY had been released (and Carbink wasn't even seen until the game was leaked), I thought this was pretty interesting. I guess they figured people could just interpret it to be an Eevee outline (thanks to the ears), but the shape is--especially when including the bottom--unmistakably Carbink.

I hope this hasn't already been posted; I looked everywhere and couldn't find anything about it. If it has, I apologize! I just thought it'd be neat to share.

With two "twigs" looking like eyes standing out in the rock and just above the greenery, it looks like a hiding Piglet (from Winnie‑the‑Pooh) but taking into account the movie and main cast...it's just an Eevee's head (or Umbreon's)! -_- To be Carbink the antenae/ears would be more lowered and in the middle of these there would be something pointy, which doesn't happen in that picture/mountain.

I'm actually surprised to see this resistance. The whole mountain shape resembles Carbink, and the placement of the two dots above the tree line is where Carbink's eyes are. I don't really see how you don't see it. The ears look way more like Carbink's than Eevee's. Plus, the whole thing is a rock (Carbink is part Rock), and the special was meant to introduce the Fairy Eevee (Carbink is also part Fairy); it seems perfectly logical that they'd hide a Rock/Fairy in such a way. But I guess you can ignore how it looks, too. I guess I might feel the same way as you two had I never seen Carbink or Eevee in my life.

I could ask the same: how can you not see it's an Eevee? The "head" is way taller for it to be Carbink's, the green top doesn't look like Carbink's head fur, and the eyes also don't have the size od Carbink's because they'r just holes, like the other ones carved in the mountain.

The ears resemble Crabink's more? Then take a good lokk at this image and see how Eevee's right ear seems more curved while the left isn't. With all I've said above, it's more than likely that it's an Eevee.

If you look at Carbink's head, it has a more triangular shape, whereas the shape of the mountain has a more rounded top. Carbink also has a diamond inbetween it's ears, which the mountain has no indication of.

The mountain was definitely made to resemble Eevee more. It's just coincidental that Carbink and Eevee have similarly shaped ears.
