if i used electivire x and i discard my opponent's stadium in play that means i will prevent all effects of an attack including damage done to vire x by my opponent's pokemon on my opponent's next turn right?then what if my opponent attacks with honchkrow x's feint which says something like 'this attack is not affected by poke-bodies...bla//bla...or any other effects on the pokemon'(refer to the card)..so will vire x get damaged or is it prevented?

As Feint Attack says, it is not affected by any effects on the Defending Pokemon. Electivire takes the damage, even with Pulse Barrier in effect.

Honchkrow's attack specifically states that it is not affected by effects on the Defending Pokemon. Pulse Barrier's effect is an effect on Electivire; when Honchkrow attacks it, Electivire is the Defending Pokemon.

Since Feint Attack ignores effects on the Defending Pokemon, the damage will still go through.

but pulse barrier blocks anything right?

Anything but Feint Attack.

Feint Attack ignores all effects on the Defending Pokemon. That includes the effect on Electivire that says it blocks everything.

Not just feint attack. There's #5 Glaceon MD's Speed Slide, Salamence SW's Direct Hit, and any attack that ignores "effects on the defending Pokemon."
