Ruling Evolving forbidden or allowed?

Hi guys!

This time one simple question. Archeops versus Clefable. Which one win? If my coin flip results as heads (Clefable's Ability), am I allowed to evolve my Pokémon although Archeops forbids it?
I'm 99 % sure I can evolve, because Archeops Ability redas, I can't play evolutions from my hand, while Clefable's Ability reads, I search the evolution through my deck, which - imo - means, I technically play it not from my hand, but I want to be complete sure.
Anyway, is there any other way I can beat Archeops's Ability without Clefable (without the possibility of killing Archeops)? For example through playing some trainers? I only know about Garbodor with Tool attached to it, which is a Pokémon Ability again. Does for example any trainer have an effect like Devolution spray but on opponent's side?

Thanks for answers ;-)

You are correct. Archeops prohibits evolving from the hand. Clefable evolves from the deck, and thus doesn't apply.

As for stopping Archeops, other than KOing it, you can use either Garbodor DRX or Golurk DRX (devolves the target Pokemon, but they can put it back). Or you can just use basic Pokemon-EX all day
