Strategy:

This deck is kind of the new Flareon. The basic idea is to get pokemon in the discard using Battle Compressor, Ultra Ball, Acro Bike, and Professor Sycamore, to power up Vespiquen's Bee Revenge attack. The difference here is that we also have the new Eeveelutions, Jolteon, Flareon, and Vaporeon. Basically each's ability makes all pokemon in play lightning, fire, or water type, respectively, in addition to their own type. So the idea is to be able to hit as many decks as possible for weakness, saving a lot of pokemon cards from the discard in this LTC-less era. With grass, lightning, fire, and water covered, we hit Seismitoad, Groudon, Rayquaza, Shaymin, Yveltal, and many others for weakness. Giant Plant Forest enables us to possibly get a Vespiquen attacking turn one. Level Ball being reprinted in Ancient Origins is great for this deck as Vespiquen and all the Eeveelutions have 90 HP. And Flash Energy is good when going up against fire decks, or possibly when using Flareon, as it gives your opponent a type advantage over you. So yeah, just a sample list, let me know what you think!

Looks good except for the Flash Energy. By the time this set if legal, Flareon is most likely going to rotate. And if in Expanded if you're that worried about Flareon, just play Empoleon or Basic Water so Vaporeon can get the KO and you can still attach the basic Water. Also, against Flareon, if you go second and set up a Vespiquen and are able to KO and Eevee, then you pretty much win the prize trade.

Flareon (AOR) also effects the opponent's Stage 1 Pokemon, so Flash Energy could be niche in preventing your opponent's stage 1 Pokemon from hitting Vespiquen for weakness. Though as Kecleon-X said, it's likely not going to do much considering Vespiquen's frailty.

I'd also like to suggest running some basic energy and the Furious Fists Eevee (the Energy Evolution one) as it'll help get some Eeveelutions into play faster.

I'm surprised at the lack of Unown in here. I suggest giving them a try, maybe over Acro Bike.

Unown – Psychic – HP60
Basic Pokemon

Ability: Last Will
Once during your turn, if this Pokemon is on your Bench, you may discard this Pokemon and all cards attached to it. (This doesn’t count as a Knocked Out Pokemon.) Then, draw a card.

[C] Hidden Power: 10 damage.

Weakness: Psychic (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1
