Introduction

So...um hi PB I'm one of the people from Pokerealm, which has a joint server with you guys. I know it's all professional like and all but idk how to get Pokemon sprites so if you can leave that along with your constructive criticism that would be great.

Team

Deoxys-S @ Life Orb
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 64 Atk / 192 SAtk / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Low Kick
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic
- ExtremeSpeed
Why this pokemon is here:

Instead of using entry hazards with Deoxys-S, I used a more offensive approach. Low Kick and Thunderbolt are mainly to get two of the most used weather starters out of the way, Tyranitar and Politoed. With Low Kick I can easily KO any Tyranitar that doesn't have a Sash or Chople Berry. I prefer to use Thunderbolt than Thunder because it still does good damage against Poli and I still have good accuracy. Psychic is the main STAB for Deoxys-S and with the 192 EVs I have, I could inflict some damage. ExtremeSpeed gives Deoxys prioity, just in case there's a faster Scarfer or anything else. The EVs go for max Speed with hard hitting special attacks while still having some good attack EVs for ES.

Team Synergy
Deoxys-S is more of a standalone pokemon, at least injuring parts of the opposition before going down.

Any changes to this Pokemon
Maybe I could change the EVs to something else, maybe boosting more SpA since I might not need that much attack.

Ferrothorn (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 36 Def / 220 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
0 Spd IVs
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip
- Gyro Ball
Why this pokemon is here:
Ferrothorn's main job is to set up Spikes and be annoying with Leech Seed. Since my only form of hazards are Spikes, dealing with Flying types may be a problem, but usually my team can deal with it. The two STABs so Ferrothorn isn't Taunt bait and has more than one attack to choose from. Power Whip is your standard Grass STAB, hitting Washtom hard if WoW misses. The 0 Spd IVs and Sassy nature are purely for Gyro Ball, since it hits hard if Ferrothorn is up against a very speedy pokemon like Terrakion. The EVs make Ferrothorn more specially defensive but still handle physical hits.

Team Synergy
Ferrothorn complements well with Gliscor, resisting Water and takes neutral from Ice as well as having him for the Fighting weakness. Rotom-W can handle the Fire weakness.

Any changes to this pokemon
Maybe trade Power Whip or Gyro Ball to Bulldoze, but only if Magnezone gets more and more used.

Gliscor (M) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Taunt
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
Why this pokemon is here:
Instead of walling, this Gliscor aims to sweep. Taunt completely shuts down walls like Skarmory and Ferrothorn and aims to SD on the switch. Earthquake is Gliscor's main STAB while Ice Fang hits the flying types that hover over the quakes. The trait giving Gliscor more usage is Poison Heal, making him blessed by absorbing the poison that Toxic Orb provides and screwing up trickers as well. The EVs make Gliscor hit hard and fast. Gliscor is also here to stop the sand sweepers like Excadrill, Terrakion, and the like. Although his more offensive nature won't make him wall them too long.

Team Synergy
Gliscor's water and ice weaknesses are completely vanished with Rotom-W's new Water typing. Jirachi can also switch to Gliscor when faced with Earthquakes.

Any changes to this pokemon
Maybe a more defensive set that walls better, otherwise this set is good.

Rotom-W @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 168 HP / 252 SAtk / 90 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Will-O-Wisp
- Thunderbolt
- Hydro Pump
- Pain Split
Why this pokemon is here:
Rotom-W, the Rotom form who got blessed with it's new Water typing. Aside from the EVs, the set is familiar to all those who know Washtom. WoW burns the physical attackers aiming to sweep and prevents Ferrothorn from Power Whiping Washtom to death. My main STAB are Thunderbolt and Hydro Pump although I might want to switch Tbolt for Volt Switch. Washtom's form of recovery is Pain Split, which allows him to benefit from it (most of the time) thanks to it's slightly low base HP. This is my go-to guy for the Rain teams, as he can be annoying. The changed EVs make Washtom more bulky while still running around 230 Spd.

Team Synergy
Since his only weakness is Grass, Washtom has both Gliscor and Jirachi to switch to, and Jirachi can also heal it up with Wish if it wants. Plus Jirachi can switch to Washtom for both of it's weaknesses.

Any changes to this pokemon
Like I said, maybe switch Thunderbolt to Volt Switch so Washtom can also act as some sort of scout.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 216 SDef / 40 Spd
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Wish
- Protect
- Body Slam
- Iron Head
Why this pokemon is here:
Haxrachi (how I like to call him) is more of an annoying pokemon and one who can beat Reuniclus 1 on 1. Thanks to Serene Grace, Body Slam has 60% chance to paralyze. Iron Head's flinch and the paralysis on the opposition gives them about 10% to do something in that turn, making Jirachi quite annoying. When HP runs low or I see the opportunity, I Wish and Protect myself to give Jirachi more time to be annoying. The EVs make him more on the special defensive side while the speed EVs allow him to outspeed 76 Spd Gliscors with neutral Speed Nature. Jirachi is my main support for healing, as he can pass Wishes to my Gliscor, Ferrothorn, Washtom, and Virizion.

Team Synergy
With a Fire and Ground weakness, Jirachi can switch to Washtom anytime to resist or completely dodge the Fire Blasts and Earthquakes. He's also my only Dragon resist, so at least Lati@s and other Dragons can't completely demolish my team.

Any changes to this pokemon
No, the set is fine as it is.

Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 36 Def / 220 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Waterfall
- Dragon Tail
Why this pokemon is here:
Because of my multiple {R} Weakness, I changed my Virizion to Bulky Gyara. I have no idea on the EVs so if someone can change it that would be great. Anyway as he switches in, his ability Intimidate helps his physical bulk while RestTalk heals SR damage. Waterfall is Gyara's choice of STAB and Dragon Tail is for the set up sweepers who takes advantage of a sleeping Gyarados. The EVs I have on are all for bulkyness, having max HP. I put more SpD EVs and Careful because Intimidate helps physical bulk.

Team Synergy
Gyarados's Water/Flying typing has two weaknesses, Electric and Rock. Gliscor is either immune or resists both of these weaknesses, Ferrothorn resists both, and Jirachi resists Rock. Jirachi can also flee to Gyarados on both Fire and Ground moves.

Any changes to this pokemon
The EVs, maybe they could go elsewhere.

Past Team Members

Virizion @ Life Orb
Trait: Justified
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Giga Drain
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Ice]
Virizion I used purely to take down Washtom, but he included a big fire weakness which I changed for Gyarados. I might use him sometimes for fun.

Conclusion

And so that ends my team description. Constructive Criticism is advised.

Oh hey man! Good to have you here. So, first off, I'd like you to read this so you can figure out how to post images/sprites and get a basic understanding on how that stuff works. As for the team, it looks really good, similar to what I use a lot of the time. I've only got a few small suggestions; no major team switches or anything. For Ferrothorn, Bulldoze works well against some threats, so I'd suggest switching it out for Gyro Ball. You definitely want to give Gliscor at least some bulk; Gliscor is often switched in on threats, and he's got to have some survivability. HP and/or Def EV's would be appreciated. Volt Switch can replace Tbolt; as you said it's great at scouting and you usually wind up doing the same basic damage. Jirachi looks good, along with Virizion, pretty basic stuff. However, you have 4 Pokemon that don't resist Fire attacks, and 3 who are weak against Fire moves. This team could definitely appreciate some rain, whilst Sun Teams using super-fast fire-types like Arcanine, Volcarona, and Infernape can wreck this team if not checked properly by Gliscor and Rotom. Other than some small nicks, this looks like a good team! Keep up your team building!

super-fast fire-types like Arcanine
Tell me that was a joke.

If you do go with Bulldoze, don't use it with Gyro Ball because the SPE lowering effect reduces the power Gyro Ball.

You have 3 Pokemon weak to Fire, and only one resistance. I would suggest replacing Deoxys with a Scarf or Specs Politoed[/b] to set rain up, weakening the opponent's fire moves. This means that Rotom can now use Thunder, which is much better in Rain.

I also see problems with any Latios/Latias variants. You will need Jirachi's ParaFlinch hax to beat them, and, if they don't get haxed, they can recover off Jirachi's pitiful damage until Jirachi is forced to struggle (This has happened to me, a lot). I strongly suggest replacing Virizion or Jirachi with Choice Band Scizor, who easily handles Latias/Latios.

Arcanine is moderately fast, not super fast. I forgot to add the slash, even though he should be weary around support Arcanines.

Did you really just say Jirachi has pitiful damage? Umm no. Latios and Latias has some terribad defense. Jirachi's Iron Head vs. Specs Latios does 40.7% to 48% damage (so the Smogon damage calc says). While yes, I know there are defensive sets on both, this doesn't mean that Jirachi is lolwalled by both Lati@s.

I strongly suggest replacing Virizion or Jirachi with Choice Band Scizor, who easily handles Latias/Latios.

You already stated that he has enough fire weakness. Scizor already has 4x weakness to fire, congrats, you just built on to that.

Anyways, with criticism: I'd say get rid of Jirachi or Virizion as Bippa said, but add in something with some bulk, like Taunt Gyarados. Taunt is nice to have, in the new metagame, most game changers rely on increasing stats and entry hazard damage. Taunt remedies all this, whilst including stopping status moves from crippling Gyarados making it able to setup while taking quite a few hits and strike back with good offensive momentum. Gyarados also counters the fire problem (works well with both Jirachi and Virizion, dealing with Virizions fire, ice, and bug problems, while dealing with Rachi's ground and fire weakness), while Jirachi works well at remedying Gyarados's electric and rock weakness, and Virizion can also resist Gyarados's rock weakness. Intimidate and Moxie are both good abilities, but it's your choice, as Intimidate helps Gyarados's physical bulk, but Moxie helps keep your sweeping momentum going each kill.

I'd also replace Rotom-W if you use Gyarados for Prankster Sableye (depends if you plan on really using this team on the PBPR server). It might seem lolsy, but it stops physical Pokemon with ease, having the ability to burn the likes of Doryuuzu and other threats to your team that you have trouble dealing with. If you don't want to go with that I'd suggest replacing Rotom-W with Scrafty if you replace Virizion, as it's also an easy setup sweeper, and depending on the ability you choose, can also be a status absorber (Shed Skin), one-to-two turn game changer (Moxie), or give Scrafty as well some physical bulk (Intimidate).

You don't rate a team by preference. How is Sableye going to help his team at all?

Anyway, on to the rate. It seems that you have very serious fire type problems, especially from things like Volconora, Infernape, and Darmantiran. I suggest using Bulky Gyarados over Virizion. Bulky Gyarados can beat Volconora, Infernape, and Darmantiran if you play it right. I also suggest running Stealth Rock on Deoxys-S over ExtremeSpeed or Thunderbolt. Taunt is also an option to prevent hazards if you would like to use it.

I mentioned why in my post, being able to burn Doryuuzu and the physical likes that could threaten this team.
