Ruling Genesect-EX+G-Booster and Silver Mirror+Suicune PLB

So, I have a Suicune PLB active, with Silver Mirror attached. Normally, this would mean that Pokémon-EX and Team Plasma Pokémon would not affect Suicune in any way. G-Booster's added attack says that "This attack's isn't affected by any effects on the Defending Pokémon." What I want to know is if Silver Mirror will block this effect or not.

G-Booster attack goes over Safeguard and Silver Mirror. Suicune would take 200 damage (400 due to Weakness, potentially) and be Knocked Out.
