Ok, I have a question about a card. Does anyone know of a card that does something similar to Delcatty PL but is from HGSS-on? I'm currently making a deck with Delcatty PL and don't want it to die when rotation hits.

I assume you mean the power circulation effect? To my knowledge there isn't any other pokemon in HGSS-COL that has that effect.
