Here's a thing, I'm planning a Poison Heal Gliscor, and here's what I've thought of so far

Poison Heal ([sarcasm]Big Suprise[/sarcasm])
Adamant
252 Atk, Not sure for other EVs.
Protect
Substitute
Swords Dance
Earthquake/Rock Slide

I really do not know how to invest the EVs here. What should I give it?

I can change it, for ideas.

I would max out HP, throw in enough EVs to hit 244 Speed (outspeeds max speed Tyranitar), and put the rest in defense to make optimum use of its tanking abilities.
