The basic strategy of this deck is to use Cleffa to do some early game hand rotating and Tyrogue as a wall while I set up Golduck to take care of the light work early game while I stack energy on Samurott or to heal Golduck when needed, this will help maximize damage output, then late game pull a Switch and allow Samurott to Hydro Pump the way to victory.
