A quick disclaimer, The title of this DG thread is a reference to the anime when Kiawe is cleaning Turtonator and then Turtonator detonates his spikes or something like that...

Oh Hello, didn't realize I typed that disclaimer... ok let's get to it!

Hello Pokebeachers! Today I present you with an odd deck, but very powerful if used in the right way! All credit has to go to two people that I will tell you of right now.

Credit to YouTube User: TiuSam
This fellow spanish Poketuber gave me the skeleton idea of this deck, you can find the video on YouTube by just searching something within the realms of Turtonator GX Golisopod GX Deck, and he should be the third or so result.

When it comes to decks and being a good friend, FrostBiter12 gets the job done right. Me and him went through numerous trial and error (actually not much) to get this deck to maximum, simplistic perfection! He is my cohort, and No.1 Advisor/Deck Builder for most of my wacky ideas!

Here's the list!
****** Pokémon Trading Card Game Deck List ******

##Pokémon - 10

* 3 Turtonator-GX GRI 131
* 4 Wimpod BUS 16
* 3 Golisopod-GX BUS 17
* 2 Tapu Lele-GX GRI 60
* 1 Tapu Koko PR 31

##Trainer Cards - 40

* 4 Acerola BUS 112
* 2 Brigette BKT 134
* 3 Choice Band GRI 121
* 2 Field Blower GRI 125
* 2 Enhanced Hammer GRI 124
* 3 Float Stone BKT 137
* 4 Guzma BUS 115
* 3 Heavy Ball BKT 140
* 4 N FCO 105
* 4 Professor Sycamore BKP 107
* 1 Rescue Stretcher GRI 130
* 4 Ultra Ball FCO 113
* 2 Special Charge STS 105

##Energy - 9

* 5 Grass Energy 1
* 4 Double Colorless Energy SUM 136

Total Cards - 60

The general goal of this deck is to get Turtonator GX in the active with a Float Stone, use his Shell Trap attack for 20 damage for a single DCE attachment. That will put your opponent in a position unable to attack unless they want to take 80 damage for attacking Turtonator GX. If they Guzma... that's a different story altogether, but it should still end well for you. If your opponent attacks you, you switch into a benched Golisopod GX, and hit them for 120 damage with First Impression, which 220 damage total from Turtonator GX and Golisopod GX should be enough to knock out some GX's and definitely most evolved Pokemon. When it comes out in ULP, I was considering putting in Blend Energy, if I was in a jam and wanted to use Bright Flame for a decent 110 damage.

Thanks for reading, Tell me your opinions in the comments! Thanks!

(Back to more Mr. Fruit videos...) Oh I typed that publicly... well crap.

This seems like it might be cool, but how is it better than other goliscapod variants?
Would it not just be better to run it with zourark instead?

I think it's better because it puts your opponent into a tougher position when going to attack, they actually have to think it out, before they screw themselves over ;)

Just for the sake of proper crediting, TiuSam is a Brazilian youtuber, not Spanish.
Only thing I'd add up would be 1 or 2 Switch for when you simply can't Guzma away if your opponent stalls.

What I mean is that you dropped stuff like koko to run more guzma and stuff, it feels like the list has too few pokemon

Hey, thanks everyone for the compliments, I appreciate it!

Anyways, the Super Scoop Ups were literally in there because I couldn't find any other card to throw in. I think this was suppose to be a budget deck, but I highly recommend that you use Tapu Lele GX if you have them. If not, @The Last Shaymin has made a few suggestions with Marshadow (SHL) and I think that they would work well enough to fit in here. Tapu Koko (PR) is also a great card (as mentioned above) mainly due to it's free retreat. So, hindsight edits...

-4 Super Scoop Up
-1 Heavy Ball

+2 Tapu Lele GX (Marshadow SHL can be a replacement)
+2 Ultra Ball
+1 Tapu Koko (PR)

Once again, thanks everyone! Let me know what you think, thanks!

FrostBiter, can you make a new PTCGO format decklist, with all suggested changes?

Thanks, AFEX

Here you go (I threw in Tapu Lele GXs just for the sake of it), I'll price it as well if you want me to. I'm a little busy at the moment, but I'll get to it as soon as I can, thanks!
