Pokemon I need a little help

A long time ago I found this website with a bunch of really neat Pokemon gijinka on it, but I can't seem to find it anymore. There was this really cool looking Giratina gijinka on it, but like I said I can't find the website.

I saved a few images from the last time I managed to find it. If anyone remembers what site it was, please let me know. Sorry for the lack of decent info.

Hm, given the fact that the text implies a Japanese artist, the site your looking for might be down depending on where you found it. If it's a doujin artist's personal site, it might have went down from lack of upkeep.

Either that, or it's an imageboard site. Any idea which one it is? It would help if you knew that much.
 
If my memory serves me right, it wasn't a japanese website. Wasn't an imageboard either. It might've been some blog, come to think of it.
 
I checked out tineye.com to see if they could find the source. No luck with that either. As far as I know of, I have looked through pixiv.net on Raikou art, and I've never seen gijinka art like that (though admittedly, I think gijinka is stupid, so I might not have noticed it). Whatever your source is, it's definitely pretty obscure.
 
I tried to look up "Ru-Tao" and "Raikou". Then I went straight for the Japanese names. No luck on that.
