Ruling im new with a couple questions

im building a metal/grass deck that capitolizes on energy power, ive got a plusle from secret wonders with a pokepower: if you pokemon was KOed durring your opponets last turn search your deck for 2 basic energies and place them in your hand.

what i was wondering if there was a metal or grass pokemon with an efect like that.

Also, My shaymin that does 10+ 10 for each energy, double {C} counts as 2?

I'm not sure if there's a metal or grass Pokémon with that exact effect, but there are plenty of cards that allow you to search for energy cards, such as Energy Search and Roseanne's Research. The Strategies and Combos forum is frequented by members who should be able to give you some more insights there.

I presume you're talking about Shaymin's "Energy Blow" attack. That attack does 10+10 additional for each energy. In this case, attaching Double Colorless Energy to Shaymin would result in 30 damage (an additional 20 from DCE). If an energy or effect is dependent upon "energy cards" per the text on the card, that refers to the physical energy cards attached to the Pokémon (in the case of DCE, 1 energy card). If the text just reads "energy", you count energy provided (in the case of DCE, 2 energy).
