So it says I can place down as many fire as I want.

So it says I can move as many grass as I want.

Meganium can move Rainbow and Prism energies because they technically count as any type of energy.
Does this mean Emboar can place down Rainbow and Prism energies (Prism if being attached to a basic) since it's the same type of process?

No because Rainbow Energy and Prism energy only provide the other energy types while in play and attached to a valid Pokemon in the case of Prism Energy.~KA

To explain why they provide all energy while in play, look at the cards

Both cards state that they provide {C} unless a requirement is met : being attached to a basic and/or being in play.
