For future reference, there is the "Redshark Battle Arena" Forum that is in the TCG Section (located under Organized Play).

Redshark itself has a tutorial on all of its functions so I suggest you read that as well. And the ONLY way Redshark can connect to others outside your house would indeed be Hamachi.
