Ruling Jirachi CoL's attack question

So I was wondering about the attack. It says the amount of energy attached, so a DCL wouldn't count for 2 would it?

I assume you meant to say "DCE" (Double Colorless Energy) and not "DCL" (Darkrai & Cresselia LEGEND), correct?

The answer is: Yes, a DCE will count for 2 towards this attack. Just be aware you cannot devolve the same Pokemon multiple times at once - you have to select multiple targets.
