    3 Muscle Band
    3 Shadow Circle
Energy: 12

  • 4 Rainbow Energy
    2 DCE
    6 Metal Energy

Strategy:
The obvious strategy of this deck is to set up Klinklang to prevent EX damage. The Shadow Circle and Rainbow Energies are to help against Pyroar. I also included Scizor because it 1-shots a pyroar with a band (as does Cobalion EX's 2nd attack), it's a steel type to work with Klinklang, and it's first attack stops EX damage as well if I need to stall to set up. It can also 2-shot an EX for 60 / 120 with a muscle band. Cobalion's 2nd attack will go through Sigilyph, Suicune, and Pyroar if I ever come across them. When the next set is released I might switch Scizor with Bronzong or include it separately. Skarmory will most likely be changed to Aegislash ex or Dialga ex. Pyroar is going to be the biggest problem with this deck but I can usually scrape a win. G-Booster is the other problem for me but Skarmory EX's first attack will force the G-Booster to be discarded if its on the active Pokemon.

Edited to coincide with the rules! :D ~Kecleon

I have been testing out a KlingKlang/Cobalion deck also.
the main problem is that this deck takes a few turns to get going. both in terms of KlingKlang and charging up Cobalion.
Speed Decks like TDK, Virizion, Blastoise can still be troublesome. especially since they also have non EX attackers.
I constructed my deck to slow the game down...
I work in a couple Team Flare Grunt. works well against Seismitoad/Landorus as I can use this in combo with Cobalion 1st attack to dump opponents Energy. I just want to buy a few more turns to get my Energy down and x2 KlingKlang up.
you might want an additional Megaphone for Garbodors.
I don't have but 1 Juniper. I have x2 Pal Pad to pull back Supporters.
