I'm having fun with this deck a lot and think Kommo-o is really underrated, and want to know what you guys think.

Most of the times I lose it's due to 130 dmg not being enough in the late game so choice band is a heavy consideration. I also want to be a bit less item dependent and try out Tapu Lele Wally since the new Garbodor destroys him but I haven't cracked open a Lele yet.
 
Even after playing around with this deck, I still don't like Kommo-o GX. However, I think Kommo-o GX is better than people say it is.

Fortunately, I have a Tapu Lele GX. I tried this deck out with Lele, and I liked it better that way. With Tapu Lele GX, I replaced Hala with Lillie, because I played 5 matches with this deck, and never used Hala. I personally think Lillie is a better fit.

Overall, I think this is a pretty solid deck list, but I don't think Kommo-o is gonna be competitive or anything, but it's fun to play.
 
Yeah, if you don't get N'd turn 2 Lillie is probably amazing;. I'm definitely going to try out Lele if I crack one open but from the matches I've played I end up using his GX attack really early and thought Hala would fit in nice as a mid game replenish. The only thing I want to try and do now is have a 7th prize Pokemon, but no one seems to fit in with Kommo-o at all from what I've seen.

I guess if that's how you play this deck, you should keep em' in there. I replaced Hala with Lillie just because I don't really ever use Kommo-o's GX move.
 
Oh, that's cool also counters Lycanroc Crunch, Status lock, and some other weird things. I was just gonna run a switch or PCL to get around Lapras Ice beam but that seems way better.
