Ok, so this deck is just a good deck to play, it's fun, it's surprisingly fast, and it can REALLY destroy decks that rely on energy, because Krooky's Black Eyes takes off the energy of your oppenet's active pokemon, Scrafty and Madibuzz help with damage.

The reason the Mandibuzz is bolded is because I on;y have 1, once I get more, I WILL add them to the list.

What have you been playing against?

I do not understand the inclusion of Scrafty. it doesn't discard energy and it requires a different energy requirement all together. Mandibuzz is also quite a strange card as it's attack relies on you having a large amount of {D} energy on the field and at most you would only have 3/4 which results in some pitiful damage and Bone Rush is just to flippy to be used in a competitive environment. I suggest that you don't add anymore, or infact just remove Mandibuzz. same as Scrafty. Of all the {D} pokemon to add Zoroark would be alot more useful as it's Foul Play attack helps to "counter" a few pokemon and Nasty Plot is just a nice attack for getting a free card from your deck. Also where are the Rare candy, Prof Oak's New Theory, Collector? you deck is also lacking some serious Draw power 2 Bianca, 1 Juniper and 1 Trickery just aren't going to cut it. You're going to need alot more draw supporters. To keep the decks theme the same (or similar) i would suggest changing up your lines to this

3-2-3 Krookodile EP
2-2 Scrafty BW
1-1 Zoroark BW
1 Cleffa
1 Tyrogue

Increase your Crush Hammer counter to 3 and include 3 Junk Arm to be able to retrieve trainers, mainly Crush Hammer to have a better chance of discarding energy. If you don't have Rare Candy, Junk Arm or anything like that, and are not going to any tournaments anytime soon then just us proxies (print outs of the card or pieces of paper) so you can at least test with a wider range of cards even without having access to them. or just Download Redshark (PTCG simulator) If you want to be able to draw into your deck then

4 Sage's Training
3 Cheren
2 or 3 Prof Oak's New Theory

4 Sage's may seem excessive but it is necessay as playing more copies allows you to draw into it sooner and use more during the game. Energy line doesn't need to exceed 15 energy (though you should be fine with 13)

7 {F}
3 DCE
4 {D} (Special)

Though honestly i would suggest just dropping Scrafty and bumping the Zoroark line upto 2-2 and if you want to fill the space, include a 1-1 Dodrio UD to help with giving all your pokemon {C}{C} less retreat cost - so essentially giving all your pokemon a free retreat cost.
