Pokémon (16):
I fell in love with Nidoqueen PRC when I saw it and tried many a deck, with variable amounts of success. I was trying to find a decent early attacker while she sets up (since a stage 2 with 1-2 energy attachments does take a few turns), and then Latios occurred to me. Can donk, takes early prizes a lot of the time, and can two shot a poor Shaymin start with one energy and Muscle Band. Seems like a match made in Poke-heaven. I added the reasoning for every card in parentheses, except for those that were self-explanatory.
Possible Additions (techs):
M Latios EX + Latios Spirit Link + Double Dragon Energy: If I put in one Teammates, I could see this happening somewhat reliably. It makes KO'ing Shaymins a lot easier, and I can free retreat into Nidoqueen after. Maybe Tool Retriever? Ugh so many cards for this one.
Acro Bike/Battle Compressor/other speed cards: These may come in handy if the deck feels too slow or clunky, which I haven't run into yet except where I Ultra Balled my only Sycamore while the other Shaymin was prized. My b.
Hex Maniac: May be necessary, perhaps instead of Wally since Seismitoad isn't too common these days and other item locks are all abilities. Who knows.
Teammates: Mid to late game, my main attacker is a non-EX so it may work out to add 1-2 of these. Plus, the full art looks nice.
Max Elixir: Can help accelerate onto Nidoran before evolving, especially if I don't have a D-Valley in play at the time. I don't like having to run 4, but maybe a case could be made. It'll require testing for sure.
Puzzle of Time?: Gotta say, I don't really like this card. It's like Poke Drawer+ (which was hardly ran in its time), except only from your discard and having only one of them is basically a dead card. We'll see.
Garbodor BPT: Locking abilities would be nice, plus the look on my opponent's face after taking a T1 prize and locking abilities next turn would be...funny to say the least.
Final Words:
The deck looks like it has some potential, and it feels very consistent already. I am definitely open to suggestions, but please keep in mind that adding cards requires removing cards, and that's mostly where I need help. Thank you.
