Ruling Leafeon X, and Umbreon UD questions...

If I have an Umbreon UD and I use Moonlight Fang against my opponent's Tyranitar Prime, will Power Claw affect Umbreon when it states 'or any other effects on the Defending Pokemon'?

And one more, If I use Leafeon Lv.X's Verdant Dance, will DCE be counted as one or two damage?

Yes. Power claw will damage umbreon because it ignores all effects on the defending pokemon.

Verdant dance counts all energy in play. Dce counts as two energy but only one card. It counts the energy so dce would add +20 insread of just +10.
