Lugia EX / Thundurus EX / Deoxys EX build?

Its about time, any aroun the form know me as that guy that wouldn't let Hydregion go LOL but no more!
I have decided to build a LugaEX ThundurusEX DeoxysEX deck. No I am not putting Lugia first as a mistake, I'm basing it around him. I have t friend who is by far the best player I know (6 at worlds) who has been playing this sorta build. I really only have a few choices with decks to build and don't want garbador to be my new deck haha, so I am making a team plasma deck now. I love their speed and power. My problem is I do not know how to build such a deck correctly.. thus this form is here:shy: so what is a good trainer/supporter build for this deck?
for pokemon I was thinking..
3 Lugia Ex (okay maybe 2 but not 1)
3 ThunderusEX
4 Deoxys
1-2 of someone else?

Energy..
4 prism
4 Plasma
2 Double colorless energy
2 Blend

Strategy is really to hit an EX of theirs with Lugia and then Take out a second for game. ALl help is greatly appreciated as I do not know how Plasma runs aside from Shadow triads and Colress Machine

Plasma TKD is, imo, the best Plasma deck. What you have is simplier to it.

The thing with TDK, the deck you are running, is even with all four Deoxys on the bench is that you still aren't getting enough for OHKOs. You need some Hypnotoxic lasers and virbank city gyms to get that OHKO. Reason is is an extra 30 damage for poison adds to the attack.
I'd suggest adding a couple Kyurem from plasma freeze, too, as they are good for sniping.
