Ruling Lumineon SF & Miasma Valley

If I have a Miasma Valley in play and have Lumineon as my active Pokemon and use it's Poke Power "Fin Luster", and I choose a non-Grass/Psychic type (ie. Pikachu) would they take the 2 damage counters from Miasma Valley?

Here are the two cards:
-Miasma Valley
-Lumineon SF

I have seen this question on 'Gym and it has not been answered. I would like to know it because I am not sure which it would be. I am thinking "Yes" though as Miasma Valley does indicate, "any player".
