Here are my suggestions:
-2 Trubbish
-2 Garbodor (I don't find Garb to be useful in this deck)
-2 Black Kyurem (Kyurem already works as a safeguard counter)
-1 Kyurem PLF (3 is sufficient)
-2 Float Stone (not needed without Garb)
-1 VS Seeker (4 is too much IMO)
-2 Compressor

+1 Black Kyurem EX (Strong alternative attacker)
+2 Manectric EX (You want it out ASAP)
+1 Mega Manectric EX (You want to get it out fast to start setting up with Turbo Bolt)
+1 Switch
+1 Seismitoad EX
+1 Lightning Energy
+1 Ultra Ball
+1 Prof Letter (Get the right energy for the time)
+1 Tool Retriever (I know you have Xerosic but Skyla can get it when you need it. Xerosic takes up the supporter for the turn)
+2 Muscle Band
