Pokemon - 13
* 3 M Tyranitar EX
* 3 Tyranitar EX
* 4 Hoopa (STS)
* 1 Hoopa EX
* 1 Yveltal EX
* 1 Shaymin EX

Trainers - 35
* 4 Professor Sycamore
* 3 N
* 2 Lysandre
* 1 Ninja Boy
* 4 Ultra Ball
* 4 VS Seeker
* 4 Trainers' Mail
* 3 Tyranitar Spirit Link
* 2 Assault Vest
* 2 Float Stone
* 3 Mega Turbo
* 3 Team Magma's Secret Base

Energy - 12
* 3 DCE
* 9 Darkness Energy

Strategy: The idea is to spread damage with the ideal starter (Hoopa) by using Hyperspace Punch, then going for back-to-back knock-outs with Mega Tyranitar. Yveltal is here to help accelerate energy and Ninja Boy is for those "just in case" situations. Team Magma's Secret Base is to place more damage counters in case I'm not able to spread enough damage. Comments and advice are appreciated!

If you were going to brave expanded, and all the item lock. you could have a interesting and fun to play deck. Rocky Helmet makes you hit for 230, if you were touched by the defending Pokémon last turn. Also, Dark Patch and Mega Turbo work together with Battle Compressor. You can power one up in a single turn with a DCE and two Mega Turbo/Dark Patch.
For standard, you could add in Dangerous Energy. It puts 2 Damage counters on the attacking EX, allowing you to one shot them in return. With 240 HP you can soak up some damage, especially with Assault Vest.

Darkrai takes 11 Energy to one shot you and Giratina would have to hit you 4 times. You would need to tech in Hex. WIN

M Mewtwo would be a problem, since for a DCE it hits for 190. OK-Bad

Rainbow Road would be really good. (A rainbow road player like myself would have a tough time getting out 8 types.) WIN

M Rayquaza would need a max bench and 3 BASIC energy to one shot you with Assault Vest. Yet again, M Ray is so fast you might not be able to set up. Ok-Bad

Vilelplume Box would be terrible. Item lock not only limits you, but getting around the Regice and Glaceon/Jolteon would be painful. You need so much setup that even if they miss turn one Vileplume, you got only 1-2 turns to work with items. Very Bad

Volcanion wouldn't be good, since it can be really fast, if built right and gets a first turn Power Heater. Damage stacks up fast, and in the long run, you will be getting hit by a ton of Steam Ups if they tech in Starmie. Bad

No auto losses, like Greninja's to M Sceptile, but it may struggle in the current meta because its so slow.

I played my version of this deck early in this season, and it was quite successful. You'll find that most match-ups will be quite favorable except for Garchomp-Carbink (Safeguard), Zygarde-Carbink (Safeguard) and some Water decks running Rough Seas. If you haven't already reviewed earlier Deck Garage posts, there are some other M Tyranitar EX deck posts in this Forum (at least and may also be in 1 or 2 other Forums) that had some noteworthy match-up comments.

A few comments for your consideration:

  • You referenced "Yveltal," presumably Oblivion Wing, in your Strategy; but you have "Yveltal EX" in your deck list.
  • Running only Professor Sycamore and N for card-draw support can be a disadvantage at times: P. Sycamore may cause you to discard needed resources and N will replenish your opponent's hand too when you are ahead in the prize count - this could result in giving your opponent extra card(s) advantage. I'd suggest replacing 1 N with either a Judge or a P. Birch for more card-draw diversity.
  • Inclusion of a Parallel City Stadium (or at least a Delinquent) increases your game-winning chances against decks that need a large bench, e.g., Rainbow Force and M Rayquaza EX. In addition, you could remove unwanted, prime Lysandre targets (e.g., Hoopa EX and Shaymin EX) out of play. I'd suggest replacing 1 Trainer's Mail with P. City.
  • You may find that 2 Float Stones and 1 Ninja Boy will be insufficient in getting an unwanted Pokémon out of the active position. Including 1 Olympia (-1 Trainer's Mail) can really help in this regard.
  • Why no Hex Maniac? Including 1 will be very helpful in certain match-ups (e.g., Greninja, Volcanion EX, etc.).
I hope you find these comments helpful.

this deck can win in some cases and have no chance of winning in some other cases.Since Giratina will destroy you.Non ex/item lock might destroy etc. let me share my deck list with you!

not share if i am allowed to ,but make some edits to your deck and use some ideas from current wins to losses ratio of 17:3.This is from testing in ptcgo and in real life!

here we go:

I added the spinda because i realised that in long run you want to spread damage as quickly as possible and this build is quite unbelievably consistent and usually sets up 1 M-tyranitar in 3 to 4 turns.I also have bent spoon which protects you against ex resistant decks such as regice etc.I got garbodor to help against giratina matchups.Then i have 3 float stones instead of your 2.This is because of the many countless situations during testing when my M-tyranitar couldn't set up in time and therefore faced a lot of damage. I would simply switch for a spinda retreat next be able to regain myself and destroy their pokemon!
I had made a thread on this but i kind of went into testing rigorously and didn't get to update it properly.So i will be updating that afterwards!
