Standard Mega Gardevoir/Vespiquen... Good or Garbage?

This is probably one of the weirdest decks I've ever though of... The idea is to attack with Mega Gardevoir (the one from Steam Siege) discarding A LOT of your benched Pokemon and hopefully taking a few KO's in the process, then coming with Vespiquen and hitting big Numbers. Vespiquen is also a counter to M Scizor as it is a one prize attacker and may even be able to OHKO it... maybe.

4 Gardevoir Ex (SS 78/114)
3 Mega Gardevoir Ex (SS 79/114)
3 Combee (AOR 9/98)
3 Vespiquen (AOR 10/98)
1 Hoopa Ex (AOR 36/98)
3 Shaymin Ex (ROS 77/108)
1 Jirachi (XY Promo 67)
4 Unown (AOR 30/98)
2 Klefki (SS 80/114)

4 Professor Sycamore
2 N
2 Lysandre

4 Vs Seeker
4 Ultra Ball
1 Mega Turbo
3 Gardevoir Spirit Link
2 Trainers' Mail
1 Escape Rope

4 Sky Field

6 Fairy Energy
3 DCE

I would like to add 1 or 2 more Mega Turbos, a Pokemon Ranger to deal with Glaceon, another Hoopa Ex and some more Trainers' Mail for consistency but there is so little space... any ideas?

Any reason(s) why Super Rod has been excluded in order to reuse your M Gardevoir EX's attack? Without Super Rod to recover and recycle discarded Pokémon, opponents can, in many cases, survive follow-on attacks by your Vespiquen. Without Super Rod(s), you can easily, IMO, reduce your M Gardevoir EX line if it's your strategy to only dump your benched Pokémon once...

By the way, players may also run Parallel City in order to reduce your bench size thus potentially reducing the effectiveness of your M Gardevoir EX's attack...

I tried this. I play it at league sometimes. It's going to be better without Vespiquen once Evolutions comes out. For now, I'd suggest a 2/2 zoroark or zebstrika line instead of the unown. Klekfi wasn't much use for me either.
