Hmmm... Deja vu.

Take the communications out, they suck if you only run 12 pokemon. I think Sableye isn‘t worth the hassle of running a split energy base, but I haven‘t tested that enough to give good advice on it. I would also recommend dropping the Enhanced Hammer count by one or two, because this looks like BW-on. Pre-Dragons BW-on only has 2 kinds of Special Energy IIRC, and most decks won‘t run more than a total of four. This means Enhanced Hammers number three and four will often be redundant or even completely dead cards. Zekrom is slow to set up, with so little energy and no acceleration. You might want to replace it with Thundurus, which practically sets itself up.

-2 Zekrom
-3 Pokemon Communication
-2 Enhanced Hammer

+2 Thundurus
+1 Random Receiver (it never hurts to have more RR)
+1 Super Rod
+1 Revive (you need sone way to keep streaming Minuns)
+2 Eviolite (makes Thundurus/Zekrom big, and Minun and Sableye might just be able to take one hit with Eviolite)
