My own Region!

I sat 2 or 3 hours in front of the Computer making this thing. I don't know if it's to small. Does anyone know how to make it bigger. Enjoy!

The first place when you start out. At the bottom part of the region you wake up and go to Prof. Redwood. There you can choose one of the starting Pokemon. Prof.Redwood has a kinds of starting Pokemon that he wants you to train which are Lantasia , Melchon, and Tafagey. Prof. Redwood tells you to carry an egg he wants to hatch with you on your Journey before you get to your first Gym Battle. What will it be....
 
hey could you make like the Gym Leaders and their Pokemon for that Region. That's really cool, wish i could do that :(.

If you can, you're best off saving your files as .PNG, because saving as a .JPG ruins the file.

Eh.. not great, not bad... shapes are kinda awkward, and there's a lot of white space...

I'm sorry I don't understand. I know that the .JPG is the web site file but what is .PNG?
 
I believe the PNG file is available from Windows XP on (correct me if I'm wrong). It should be available from the filetype dropdown menu in the Save As window, if you have it. If not... you're best off with BMP, if you're using Paint. Saving as GIF or JPG in Paint will destroy your picture. If you use BMP, though, for the sake of any 56kers, it'd be nice if you used tags instead of [img] tags.
 
I have XP and I used Paint for this Region but my Computer is messed up and won't do stuff that I tell it to download like Apperentice or the right font for the fake cards. So i had to host it on a web site and came out a JPG. I tryed image shake but the region has to much bits.
 
You hosted it on Photobucket, didn't you? I mean, that's what the URL says...

Photobucket doesn't change the file format... that depends on how you've saved it...

What's wrong with Imageshack? I use it all the time. :/

It says it has to many bits.

XD Just let the man save it as he wants. Although I do agree that png is superior.

And I think the region is colored well, but it does need a big more complexity. It looks so far like it could be a side-island to a larger region.

The three starter Pokémon should be... Lantasia , Melchon, and Tafagey.

Covo is good. What type are Lantasia , Melchon, and Tafagey?

What is the first gym person and whats the towns name... I'll let you guys deside!
 
okay how about this
Lantasia - grass
Melchon - fire
Tafagey - water

Brent could be 1st Gym Leader and his town is hmmm Callaro Town! yeah that sounds kool. what do you guys think?

3. Graham (Rock)
4. Dinver (Water)
5. Hocket (Electric)
6. Petunia (Grass)
7. Glince (Ice)
8. Pradon (Dragon)

Starting Town: Callaro Town


Well, these are my suggestions. Took some ideas from previous posts.

Have the egg hatch into Kangajoe, a pre-evo of Kangaskhan!
