Need Help Completing a Noctowl BREAK/Vileplume Deck [Standard]

Hello, I am a girl who has registered yesterday. I have known this forum for years and because the Italian community no longer has its own forum, I enrolled here to ask for help with a deck that I would bring to the national tournament.
I can play but I can't create decks that don't stall up in the middle of the game.
I would bring Noctowl Break with Vileplume and I started to make a list. Not knowing much the cards at some point I got stuck.

My list is now as follows:

What can I add?

I recommend you check it out this deck structure for a Vileplume deck. It's not a Noctowl variant, but it should give you a decent idea. Looking at that structure, you probably should add 4 Professor Sycamore, 2 AZ, 3 Level Ball, 2 Birch and 2 Lysandre. That should bring your total up to 60 cards. Once you've added those, I suggest you report your 60-card deck list in the Deck Garage so it receives further help in regards to your actual card choices as oppose to what to include.
