Need suggestion as to where to stay in Tokyo

Does anyone have any suggestion which hotel to stay in Tokyo for easy access to PokemonCenter (Tokyo), Akiba, and a nice theater to visit after the 18th ?

Luck may have it that I will be going Tokyo for a business trip, so I might be able to spend my spare time doing some Pokemon geek-out splurge.

The allocated budget is about $100 a night. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

ooh ooh i know stay with mama san by the hai majade set =o xD jk how about those hotels that are like cat and dog boxes =o they are like 5$ a night or something... =o
