Strategy: set up zekrom ex with eels, deal consistently 150.

I wouldn't use elygem at all or cheren since they aren't that great. Try using collector/dual ball instead and PONT. Maybe another mew two? Try using a 4-3 line. I find that more consistent. Try taking out some heavy ball and communication for some junk arm. Sage's is also welcome too.

I know all of that would improve the deck, but this is bw-on.
