Ruling One thread, three questions. Zoroark, Mew prime, Black belt

Sorry if these questions have been answered before, but I'm new.

1) When Zoroark uses foul play does he copy the opponents type or does it remain a dark attack?

2) If you See Off something on Mew Prime's attack, (Crobat Prime for example) can you use that pokemon's attack that round because of Mew's Poke Body or do you have to wait until next turn?

3) Does Black Belt add 40 damage to the attack or does it add 40 damage after the attack? For example, if you used BB on an exeggutor's Big Eggsplosion, does each heads flip = 80 damage or do you just add the 40 after the flips are done?

1) Any attack used by Foul Play is {D} because Zoroark is {D}.

2) See Off is an attack...and therefore ends your turn. You'll need to wait a turn to attack again.

3) Black Belt (and any other card that adds damage) adds only to the end result. It doesn't add to each hit of multi-hitting attacks.
