PM system problem (resolved)

Well, I recently filled up my PM folder. So, I logically deleted some of them.

However, I then got an e-mail saying somebody PMed me, but my PM box was full. So I decided to check back here; no new messages. I ignored it, as I thought it was old.

But just now, I noticed my PM box is still full, despite deleting some old messages. I just deleted around 50 messages, yet my total PM count isn't decreasing. This means I can't receive any new PMs.

So, do any admins know what's happening, and whether it can be fixed?

Check out the "trash can" section located about two links under "inbox." You'll need to delete the stuff that goes in there too.

Also delete sent items. (Which then go to the trash can, so you'll need to delete those too).

I can't believe it was that simple; I'm used to my messages actually being deleted when I click the delete button... There should be a way to toggle the Trash Can on/off.
