Ruling Poison Confusion

OK this is kind of a technical question that happened in a game at a tourney for me and I'm kind of curious if the judge made the right decision...

OK I had a lone Zubat and my opponent had a Thundurus-EX active and a Deoxys-EX on the bench with 140 damage on it. Virbank City Gym was in play and my hand was just a catcher. My Zubat was poisoned with 30 damage on it on my turn so once I passed I'd lose due to no more pokemon. I have 2 prizes left and my opponent has I think 5? I draw into Skyla and use it to get Hypno-Toxic Laser. I catcher the Deoxys-EX with 140 damage and Hypno-Toxic Laser'd it. Both Zubat and Deoxys-EX are defeated in-between turns by poison. I take my last prizes but don't have a pokemon to send up. My question is do I win for taking my last 2 prizes or does my opponent win since I'm out of pokemon? The Judge said I win.

Not BO3 this was before the format change.

The judge is wrong. It's a draw.

You win because you took all your prizes,
BUT
Your opponent also wins because you have no Pokemon left in play.

That's 1 win condition for each of you. Re-shuffle and play Sudden Death.

It wasn't a BO3 format. Forgot to mention that sorry. :/

Edit: Changed it

I was assuming it was a single game.
My answer still stands regardless.
