Ruling question about dress code

the judge at our tournaments at Cedar Grove Nj says that i can't wear a shirt that states

"I pwn noobz"

now you see she says that it is unsportsmanlike as it will offend noobs. However you see if you are a noob you probably don't know what noob means. Usually you don't find out what a noob is until you are not a noob. I see this argument as an argument like calling a person a person because they don't know what person means.

Is this fair. I mean if a kid made a complaint I could understand but no one ever has because they never got offended.

It depends if you actually act like that statement at the league. Providing you don't, I wouldn't see any problems.
