Well your collection isn't really THAT playable, and the cards you have aren't really valuable collection cards. Its a decent collection I suppose.

Before you even think about 'rating' or being 'rated' I suggest you learn which cards your sets are from and which cards would actually be considered valuable in a collector's opinion.

Thanks for the suggestion.I knoe these aren't good cards.But there good for me because I probably buy one pack of pokemon cards a month.And I knoe these aren't playable.I stink at making teams and decks.I'm really not good at competetive pokemon.That's why i'm looking for someone to tutor me.
