Does anyone know what "Recycle" from EP does?

The same as the old recycle.


You flip a coin. If heads, you put a card from your discard on top of your deck.

whats even better is, you can choose what ever card you like from your discard, wether it be a pokemon, energy or trainer. but thats only if you flip a heads!

i still remember the old art of the claw arm grabbing poor jigglypuff.
