Ruling Reuniclus damage swap.

I'm a little confused on how his damage swap works. I've seen it in action and it seems kinda haxor. little help?

So let's say you have a Charmander as your active pokemon with 5 damage counter, Reuniclus and any other basic pokemon is on your bench, and you start the damage swapping. Can you swap all 5 damage counter to another pokemon or just 1 at a time during your turn? but it does say as often as you like..

With reuniclus, you may move any damage counter as many times as you want during your turn, but only one at a time.

When you use the ability Damage Swap, you are moving 1 damage counter from 1 Pokemon to another - you move them one at a time. You can use this ability as often as you want during your turn, but each move must be 1 damage counter.
