Strategy

My strategy may not be that great, but basically I just plan to use Pokemon Tools to my advantage to get the extra boost in attack for my Maractus and Scraffty. They both have reinforced moves that require the tools so I'll give them the Giant Cape for the extra HP along with the extra Attack. The Rescue Scarf is for my Dakrai EX, and he's for everyone to have a free retreat cost when I equip the dark energy. I have my Elgyem for support and getting out the Maractus and Nincadas quick, then getting out the Shedinja and Ninjask for attack and swap.

RE: Sraractus Tools

Use more Maractus and Scrafty if that's what your strategy revolves around. Try to get a hold of some of the staples like Juniper, N, and Catcher.

RE: Sraractus Tools

Alright. But what should I replace for those? I know I wanted a catcher but surprisingly I don't own any. XD I traded them off to my friend before I realized how good the staple was. Is there a better alternative for Juniper though? I don't really like destroying my hand.

Somehow maractus outclasses scrafty when attacking while abusing tool..
Maractus deals equal damage as scrafty, has same HP but is a basic. And the fact that you can abuse DCE with maractus, means you will be attacking with maractus most of the time.

Idk why you put ninjask and shedinja lines in.. Your aim is to hit as hard as possible with tools attached to maractus and scrafty.
- 2-2-2 ninjask/shedinja
+2 skyla (skyla can search out tools you need and other trainer cards as well)
+2 dark patch (so you can power up darkrai EX/scrafty on bench faster)
+2 ultra ball (to search darkrai and to discard dark energy for dark patch)

Idk which elgyem u are referring to, but i am assuming u use the NVI one for its bench filler attack.
In that case, emolga completely outclasses elgyem, having higher HP as well as 0 retreat cost.
So,
-2 elgyem
+2 emolga

You wont really need full heal. Unless u are in status condition lock. Either way, when you play darkrai EX, switch may play a better role than full heal (if ur active has status conditions, you can switch it to bench and abuse darkraiEX/emolga's free retreat and bring it back active), and is far more useful.
-1 full heal
+1 switch

You wont need psychic energy anymore. 20 energy is too much anyway. Prism energy wont work for your stage 1s
-2 psychic energy
-5 grass energy
-3 dark energy
-1 prism energy
-2 cilan (dark energy in discard pile is preferred)
+3 blend GPFD
+3 DCE (for turn2 maractus attack. Attacking fast is good)
+1 prof juniper
+3 N
+3 catcher (if you have, if not you can try escape rope or more pokemon tools)

Ok my suggestions might not be the best. But should fix your consistency problem (abit). Hope it helps!
