Ruling Shiftry's Seal Off Attack and Vileplume

If you are using Shiftry and use seal off and your opponent is using Vileplume or spiritomb is the trainer lock turned off for them on their turn?

Trainer Lock would be turned off during their turn since Shiftry shuts down their Poke-body. Please also provide a scan of the cards in the future.~Mark

Just remember, it would only affect the Vileplume/Spiritomb if that Pokemon was the Defending Pokemon at the time of the attack. And yes, it only shuts off for 1 of their turns...not yours.
