Strategy:

This variant is focused solely around setting up a Yveltal EX as quickly as possible to begin Evil-Balling. I use Yveltal XY to accelerate and recycle energy, and it functions as a means through Safeguard Pokemon as well. The Kangaskhan and M-Kangaskhan are here to deal with Pyroar; I'd rather run this Kangaskhan line over a Beartic line because Beartic requires more space, is less consistent, and only helps in the Pyroar match-up, where as M-Kangaskhan can function in more roles. Dedenne is to counter other Yveltal EX decks and can also set up. Spiritomb LTR helps tremedously in the Genesect match-up by shutting off G-Booster, and it helps slow down others decks that rely on Computer Search. Darkrai EX is standard for free retreat. I also utilize x3 Crushing Hammer, primarily to slow down decks like Landorus, Genesect, and Pyroar. Laser + Bank combo helps with Pyroar, and also provides a nice damage in between turns. Energy Switch allows me to pull off incredible plays out of nowhere.

Any Suggestions are greatly appreciated :)

Hi thood,

Like Spiritomb in this deck. It sure is one of the better tech cards. Not sure on Mega Kangaskhan Ex in this deck. One is insufficient to handle Pyroar since he can thko the tank and evolving costs a turn which is bad in speed decks. Consider to accept the bad Pyroar match. Also unsure on Crushing Hammers. two Enhanced Hammers and one tech Flare Grunt sound more stable to me. I also miss the standard three Vs Seeker in speed decks. Consider to use them over Roller Skates since it is much more reliable and versatile. I would also consider 2-3 Flare Tools unless Pokémon Ex are uncommon in your local environment. Hope this provides some initial assistance.
