Unlike your ordinary, modified tourney, this tourney will compose of several rounds. Each with a different set of strange rule(s). I will list the rules for each round and you'll have to follow those rules. It is advisable that you play with a different deck each time to maxamize your chances of winning each round. Note: This tourney is always at least DP-on, never unlimited.

You deck must not play any rare cards. Only common or uncommon cards are allowed in this round.

2 - The lovely no-limit law.
Your deck can use as many copies of any card in the DP-on format (e.g. 5-3 Gigas line) and may hold over or under 60 cards.

Actually, yes. There was also a suggestion for a non-rare tourney as well with some other members some time ago. I just figured bringing this up.

Alright. It goes like this: I'll give you guys 1 week to prep your decks for each round, and then another two weeks to play your games. So in reality, you'll have three whole weeks to play your game. Remember, you only play one game for each round until the top cuts.

That being said... I'll post the pairings tomorrow (need to make the slips and find a big enough bucket :p).
