Until July 1st, this thread should be called, "Where Will Lebron Go?"

All I know is as a Cleveland fan, I completely despise all Boston teams. So I hope the Celtics repeat what the Bruins did against the flyers earlier this month. Go up 3-0 in the series then lose 4 straight and blow it. I still am pulling for the Suns to go all the way since the Cavs got knocked off.

Well... i got a hunch that the Cavs are going to re-sign Lebron! Because lots of teams need him but not the teams he is looking for and if LA Lakers offered I bet her would decline cause he would get no respect it would all still go to Kobe.

Lebron will most likely stay in Cleveland. They are getting a new headcoach and any other team possible right now is just as bad. He'd be starting from scratch and hoping Bosh or someone else joins him somewhere like in the Bulls.

As for the Celtics, I hope they lost tonight and win in 7. As a die hard Lakers fan, I want the Lakers to beat them in the finals. Just to ease the historic rivalry we have and to get closer to being the best franchise.

LBJ is going to Chicago, no question about it, KBJ should know that Cleveland doesn't have the bench to win it all.

well the new rumor running through the mill is Phil Jackson is done Coaching in LA this year and he'll head to the bulls, where D-Wade and Lebron will be a package deal. Doubt they have that kinda money to toss around, but it just sounds mean.

Phil Jackson shot that rumor down and said he had no interest in Chicago. Wade says he won't go to Chicago because he doesn't like the way the organization treats their players off the court and after they retire as a Bull.

Phil Jackson is pretty much legally obligated to shoot down any rumors as he is still in the NBA Playoffs. I mean, how shiesty would that be to be like, "yea I'm gonna coach this team next year" when you have a chance to win another ring? Thats pretty wrong. Nobody is allowed to say anything about who is going where until july 1st or else face a fine. A few coaches have already recieved fines for talking about lebron and free agency already.

Even if so, why would he go out of his way to deny it? Why not stay quiet if for some odd reason he'd want to leave? And why would you want to leave a possible back-to-back championship team?

Alot of people deny all rumors, than as soon as they're allowed to leave, they're gone. And theres many reasons to leave a championship team. Ask Trevor Ariza, ask Johnny Damon and Matsui of the New York Yankees. All left a championship team for one reason or another. Theres plenty of others, like Michael Jordan after his first 3peat.

Haha, all right. I guess we'll have to wait and see. Either way, Lebron will never win a cookie.

oh and lets not forget Phil Jackson left chicago after championship upon championship. Maybe he'd like to finish his coaching career where he started?

I didn't watch the game but it looks like Boston did fairly well. Now we have to see if Lakers can finish off the Suns at Phoenix. It will be hella tough.

Its a good thing Boston won tonight at Boston. If it went another game, there's no way they would have won in Orlando after sliding 3 straight. This was a must win for them, no doubt about it. And they responded just as they should.

Lakers also got it in 7 imo. Phoenix isn't going to roll over at home and will punish la in both games 6 and 7, I don't think they will win game 7 but it won't be an easy game. I was saying whoever won game 5 won that series, mostly because the losing team would have to win two straight and one of those games on the road. La vs. Boston will be a good series.

The suns will not lose in Phoeix for game six, I still have faith that the suns can win it in seven, as Thursday's game showed that the Suns have what it takes to win in LA.

I think the Lakers will win tonight.

I also like them to win over Boston in the finals, 4-2.

It's going to be real tough. I was watching some interviews from the day after Game 5, and the Nash and others had such a positive view. They realized they almost stole a home game from LA.

Can't wait for the game.

Go Blackhawks....

in all honesty, the nba season is over for me, only team I liked left outta the four was the suns. I dislike Orlando, hate boston, and hate the lakers. So NBA is done. I just gotta focus on the NHL and hope Marian Hossa will finally earn a ring in this 3rd trip to the finals.

Now I have my Celtics T Shirt to wear, Go Celtics! Rondo, and the rest of the team are player too good for Kobe and the Lakers to handle.
