Usable in lostgar?

Is this Omastar from majestic dawn worth putting in a lost gar as a mid game tech?

when played from hand its pokepower takes all your opponets evolved bench pokemon and puts the highest stage into their hand, and if im right a lv.x card will have to go into the hand too or is it discarded?
 
The Lv.X would go into the opponent's hand as well, but only if it was on an evolved pokemon at the time. (basic Lv.X's don't count as evolved pokemon)

As far as whether the card is good or not depends largely on your meta. For instance, if you play a lot of SP decks, I wouldn't suggest it. Although, if you play against a lot of stage 1 or stage 2 decks, then it would be a decent card to tech in.

How does your meta look?
 
That sucks, but makes sense since a lot of the best decks right now are SP. I wouldn't suggest the Omastar then.

Try putting in other cards to make your LostGar faster setting up instead. So, it can compete with the speed of SPs.
