Ruling Uxie Question

OK, Just for the sake of argument say I have an Uxie with 7 Energy attached to it and I use Pyschic restore. Is there any particular order I would put those on the bottom of my deck, or can they go in any order I want? Like if I wanted to use a Dusk ball to get it back, can I put in a order so I can get it back, or would that be considered cheating?

Yes, you can put it in any order you like as it says so on the card
