I was thinking of heading to Nashville for Worlds for the experience (don't plan on qualifying) I know T Swift is supposed to be in town at the same time so that may be a deterrent. Thoughts on going? Maybe do some side events, visit vendors?

I'd go if it wasn't in Nashville, the travel expenses alone would eat up my budget. /sarcasm

But with that said it's definitely worth the trip, I went to Worlds last year as a spectator and I enjoyed it. Events basically consist of small tournaments and prerelease-style events and you get points that can be spent towards prizes. Vendors are more iffy, TPCi has been cracking down on ones not endorsed by them and as a result those that still bring stuff that normally would be sold on the sid are now used as trade fodder.

If it was still in Anahiem I definitely would go. Unfortunately when it was in San Francisco a couple years ago they restricted spectator access so that sucked. I have always wanted to visit Nashville but you right about the expenses adding up, esp me being form California
