Weird Problem With The Forums

This has happened a few times lately. Suddenly when you go to a different page on the forum (Like A Thread) or refresh the page the forum doesn't load. It comes back up in about 10 minutes or so but here is exactly what the page says:

What's going on?
 
Ok I'm going to guess that would explain it. The annoying thing is that it usually happens when I'm about to make posts. It suddenly doesn't work then I have type the post out again and it ends up not working >_>
 
Well it's appened to other people. Just because you don't see it doesn't meen it's happening.
 
Ya I can guarantee you its here, It happens to me every once in a while. But usually when I disconnect and then reconnect the internet it goes away.
 
Disconnectingg is a problem here because we have Wireless so we're always on and if we anna disconnect we gotta do something upstairs on my Dads computer.
 
Actually I think it has something against me because for some reason I forget to copy it and then it stops working as I click Post Reply.
