Ruling What happens to your Premeir Rating when the Season starts over?

Just wondering what happens when the season ends if you still keep your Premeir Rating.

The rating starts back at 1600, right? ;f I'm not entirely sure because I've never really payed attention to the rating. ;o

I know that it IS restarted, but I'm not sure what it's started to.
